לדידכו דאמריתו זה וזה גורם אסור אודו לי מיהת אף ירקות בימות הגשמים
but according to you who hold that when there are two causes the product is prohibited, admit to me that [the planting of] vegetables in winter [is prohibited]!

Since vinegar is used in flavoring food, it does not lose its identity even when mixed with a substance more than 60 times its volume.
